Is Care Anytime insurance?
No. THIS PLAN IS NOT INSURANCE and is not intended to replace health insurance. It is a discount plan: the plan does not pay providers directly, and members pay for all services but receive a discount from participating providers.
What does a virtual doctor visit cost?
Pay $0: all visits are included in your membership. Doctors are available by phone or video 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for non-emergency care.
What can the virtual doctors treat?
Non-emergency illnesses and general care, including allergies, fever, respiratory or sinus infections, asthma, bronchitis, cold and flu, sore throat, ear infections, rashes, urinary tract infections and more.
Can I talk to a vet about my pet?
Yes. Members reach licensed veterinary professionals by video chat or phone, 24 hours a day, every day of the year, as often as they need. All visits are included in the membership.
How much can I save at the dentist?
Members save 20% to 50% on most dental procedures, 20% on orthodontics and 20% off specialists’ normal fees where available. In the plan’s sample savings, a molar root canal has a regular cost of $1,535 and a plan cost of $777.
Can I cancel?
You may cancel within the first 30 days after effective date or receipt of membership materials (whichever is later) and receive a full refund. The terms of service explain cancellation after that period.
Where is the plan available?
This plan is not available in Vermont or Washington. Lab services are not available in NJ, NY and RI.
